Okey dokey another thread more questions
I want to change my workout as i feel even though i have increased my strengh i am still pretty week overall. I have browsed around and the Ripptoe`s 3 X 5 beginner program seems to suit me down to the ground for what i want strengh wise. Now here is the problem i still want to cut as my BF% is still way to high and the Ripptoe program tells me to take in a hell of alot more than i am doing now. Im currently eating around 2200-2400 cals a day with macros as close as 40/30/30 as i can get. Imo my diet is clean but is it enough to gain strengh and still cut? I dont mind if i stay the same weight that i am currently aslong as my BF% goes down my goal being around 12%BF.
Any advise as always will be greatly received.
