Hey guys,

I'm currently dieting. Been on it for almost two weeks now.
Stats: 5'5 220lbs. Don't know BMI. Age: 28
Maxes.
Bench 275lbs.
Squat(high bar atg) 335
Deadlift(conventional) 385


Started at 230lb. Currently 220 at the moment.

Here is my todays diet/lifting log.

Diet:

8oz. chicken breast. 443calories
2oz. beef ribs. 228 calories
table spoon mayonaise 99 calories
8oz. pork shoulder 659 calories
9oz. brocolli 87 calories
7 stalks of celery. 45calories.

Total calories: 1561, protein 138g, carbs 31.4g , fat 96.3g

Lifts:
Squats 225lbs, 3 sets of 5reps.
Strict overhead press 135lbs. 3 sets of 5 reps. 1 set of 4 reps.
Tricep pulldown: from 50lbs to 110lbs for 10-12 reps per set.
Ten minutes of walking on treadmill.


You might look at this and think it's weak, and it is. I'm currently in weak 14 year old zomebie girl mode right now. Eating low carbs and low calories is dropping my weight pretty fast, but I don't have the energy to lift a lot. I use fitday to calculate my nutritional intake.
 
For today I ate.

4oz chicken breast 222 calories
8oz pork steak cutlet 563 calories
1cup 2% milk 122 calories
1 scoop whey protein 149 calories
1 spoon mayonaise 99 calories
16 stalks of celery 102 calories
9oz raw brocolli 87 calories

Total calories 1343. Protein 128.4g, carbs 66.1g, fat 62.1g

Lifts:

Bent over barbell rows. Last set was 175x5
Dumbell rows one handed. started 65lb ended 85lb. Sets ranged from 5-10 reps.
Lat Pulldown. Not sure how much weight, just did it to prep for pullups.
Pullups. Assisted with about 80lbs of weight. I can't do a regular pullup. Working on it.

Fishoil, calcium tablet, vitamin C, garlic pill, multi vitamin. Coffee.
 
Nice work...strength losses are expected thats a huge caloric defecit.

We're similar in size, height and lift ratios...and I couldnt imagine eating 1343 calories in a day...hell after heavy lifting I need a big steak or a few burgers haha.

Curious...what does the mayo go on? Please tell me it goes on something...

It's kind of weird. I haven't really been too hungry at all lately. I think I am suffering a little strength loss, but I think most of it is in my muscle endurance. I can still pull the same 385 off the ground, but I can't seem to do 12 rep squats anymore. Can do about 6 before I'm winded.

The mayonaise goes on the canned chicken breast along with celery.

1/2 can of creamed mushroom sauce 90 calories
12oz of Brocolli 96 calories
2oz of frozen peas 57 calories
4 whole eggs 286 calories
1 egg white 17 calories
8 stalks of raw celery 51 calories
1 Slice of sandwich cheese 86 calories

Total calories: 1540, protein 142.9g, fat 86.3g, carbs 47.8g


Lifts:
Squats 225lbs 5sets of 5
Front squats 135x5, 145x5, 155x5, 165x5
Bicep barbell curl from 10lb each side till 30lb each side.
Hammer curl with barbell 10lb each side till 25lb each side.
20 minutes walking on treadmill.
 
Alright, haven't been logging here in a few days because I've been eating out and don't really know the calories in the dishes. They were probably low because I mostly ate chicken and vegetables.

I'm down to 217lbs. Just weighed myself today.

Today I had a cup of coffee with 3 scoops of cream and two packets of sugar. Four beers and for dinner I had some Thai BBQ beef on sticks. Right now I'm eating brocolli. Later on tonight before I sleep I'll probably eat some walnuts.

I'm guessing my calories for today is about 1500. The four beers is about 640 calories. The coffee with cream and sugar... Don't know. 150? The beef on sticks were probably 800-900. So basically I'm eating 1500ish calories today. Carbs coming from beer heh.
