Sprints Are working Wonders.

Ya guys.I've always done alot of cardio but since I've joined this board I heard person after person talking about running sprints,which I use to do for football wrestling and sometimes in the millitary.But never did it on my own.So I figured I'd try them I try to get 2 cardio sessions in a day if possable one in the morning on an empty stomach than again later in the day but this isnt always possible but usually I'll get one session in.So I started running a lap or two, to warm up and than I'll run about 60 yrd sprints, count to 10 in my head and sprint back and I just keep this up till I just get to tired to sprint anymore.Since starting the sprinting I've see very good results.
 
I've also been thinking about adding sprints to my routine. Just one question though- Are you seeing results in fat loss or building muscle?
 
I'm seeing results in my stomach area also my legs seem to be getting harder.Plus I find sprinting in the morning gives me an extrat kick start.I am just starting work after 3 months out and I woke my ass up at 400 and ran sprints ate and it deffinately gave me a little extra boost.
