Ya guys.I've always done alot of cardio but since I've joined this board I heard person after person talking about running sprints,which I use to do for football wrestling and sometimes in the millitary.But never did it on my own.So I figured I'd try them I try to get 2 cardio sessions in a day if possable one in the morning on an empty stomach than again later in the day but this isnt always possible but usually I'll get one session in.So I started running a lap or two, to warm up and than I'll run about 60 yrd sprints, count to 10 in my head and sprint back and I just keep this up till I just get to tired to sprint anymore.Since starting the sprinting I've see very good results.
