Ok, I don't know when I sprained it, but during the night it hurt like a bitch laying face up. I couldn't sleep, until around 7am I figured if I layed chest down it doesn't hurt at all. Right now it doesn't hurt, only if I raise and bend my arm back-upwards. It sucks because it's my right arm, and it seems typing stresses it more.
Can anyone tell me how to help it heel quicker because I need to go work out tomorrow. Maybe I can backwards my training cycle for this week, but I hope it heels by Friday. THoughts? Thanks...
