Spatts-could you edit this diet please

Spatts-
I was wondering if you could look at my diet so far today? I am not weight training today b/c the gym is closed but I am going to run or do HIIT(I just read about it so I am going to try it).
So for breakfast I had:
1/3c. oatmeal
2 egg whites and 1 whole egg

I will come back later and post my lunch and everything!!

I'm not spatts..but..

What are you training for? Fat loss? Muscle gain? For either of those..I will say I don't think you're eating enough for breakfast. That's an awfully small amount of food. I think if you look at the calorie content it's around 150 calories. I'd up the oats to a half a cup at least and the eggs to 1 whole and 4 or 5 whites.

She's trying to drop body fat and it's a non-training day. As I told her in another thread, finding her BF% will help determine if she's eating enough. In the meantime, trial and error will have to do. Personally, I can't judge whether or not she's eating enough in one meal, because if she's like me, she'll eat again 2 hours later. So I'm waiting to see what's next. :)

Courtney, I'd shoot for about 50g CHO today, and don't forget to subtract the fiber from your carbs...it doesn't count. Find some green veggies and destory them (with some meat/protein, of course).

For lunch I am eating:
3-4 oz of lean pork(it's tenderloin meat, but it's cooked on the george foreman)
1 c. brocoli
and some cherry tomatoes
