Soon to be gone... my big bitch tits

bigmantitties

New member
Man I love how anonymous the web is... I can talk all day long about my big fatty male breasts and not worry about being embarassed. I wanted to make this thread to start my weight loss documentation and to get advice from those with more experience.

Age: 28
Height: 5' 9 1/2"
Weight: 230
BF%: 31.5%

One fat sumbitch. Most of my fat carries in the estrogenous zones and looks really bad... a big lower gut, fat thighs, big butt, and of course the great breasts.

Previous diet: all soy based protein and not enough of it... probably 30g a day plus some occasional eggs. The majority of my diet were Subway veggies with double cheese and mayo.. Quiznos.. frozen pasta and cream sauce dinners.. delivered pizza.. anything high in fat and shit.

Previous exercise: walking dog, moving from couch to fridge

I've been big all my life, but I am naturally thick and broad shouldered. I am not naturally fat... that is a result of my awful diet and sitting on my ass. I got down to 180 lbs and held it for two years but then started slacking when I got poor and couldn't afford the fancy stuff I liked.

Also, my vegetarian diet was *never* high enough in protein to build any muscle. I know that now. I worked out for a total of 18 months and gained no appreciable strength or visible muscle. As I begin working out now, I'm almost discouraged because I did it for so long without seeing any results from my work and soreness.

Next post.... what I'm doing now.

I've done lots of reading on the web. It's hard to discern fact from hype but as usual, big forums offer a good representation of what most people think.

New diet: high protein, high in good fats, low in bad carbs

I started out trying to do this vegetarian but I realized how damn near impossible it is to do it. Tuna and chicken breasts are too easy to work with and I had a good example of what my "vegetarian" diet had done for my body so far. I'd had enough of it... My first days were higher in fat, but now I'm leaning it down.

I'm eating tons of egg whites/substitutes, green fibrous vegetables like asparagus, bell peppers, chicken breasts, cans of tuna, lean turkey with no simple carbs. No carbs if possible in the evening. I'm getting about 0.8 / g protein to body weight but I am increasing it every day.

I've been improving my diet every day since I started on it last Wednesday the 24th. In the first day, I added a multi-vitamin and AA's and I never had more energy... not that I can remember. I was literally bouncing off the walls because my body was actually getting a proper balance of nutrients. Since then I've added what supplements I've found that could be beneficial: an ECA (can't get NYC in Canada), Creatine, Flax oil, and of course a whey protein powder.

I set up a heavy bag in my basement and really enjoy that. I've used my new gym membership twice in the three days I've had it but I've decided the trainers on staff are not the type I want to work with. Besides suggesting circuit training at first (which is what I did for a 18 months), they then prescribed a "three day split" that did the entire body and every muscle group every day.

Screw that.. I'm making up my own splits based on beginner circuits I've found on the web. I know good form and I concentrate on that above all else... watch myself, breathing, timing, 4/0/2.

I'm open to any and all criticisms, suggestions, advice, improvements, heckling... I'll be glad to post my "Body-for-Life" style before shots once I get them developed. They are truly disgusting! I hope this thread will serve as some inspiration for others to see what kind of change can be made in a short period and then over a long period. I have two short term goals, 8 and 12 weeks, and then my long term of body shape change in 6 to 8 months.

Like anyone read this far :p

If you want to see exactly what I eat to the gram and what I do every day I'm keeping track on my FitDay journal.

Bigmantitties,

Hey, you've taken the first step. If you are serious and want to see this through to the end whereby you are no longer a "fat ass" (like I used to be), then this is the board to be on.

You will learn more than you need to know about firstly, and most importantly Excersise (weight training and other), Diet (eating healthy for the rest of your natural born life, life, life -insert echo here), and how to rest to allow your body to recover and use up that white goo that accumulates around the belly.

My first suggestion, to gauge your level of commitment is to start with some cardio and a good diet. I'd start with a mere 20 min a day of cardio for a week to remind your body that it can excersise and not wind up ripping something or overdoing it.

After a week move up to a half hour, then start into a HIIT regime. On every other day, start with the machines for your weights and do those for a month before moving to free weights. The reason I say this (and I can hear others saying "no start with free weights") is because it's likely that your body is NOT used to lifting weight and constantly repairing itself afterward. Further your connective tissue and ligaments and such are not up to snuff either and need to be conditioned to push heavy stuff.

There are plenty of "beginner" programs out there BFL, ABSolution, and other stuff. These will get you started but after your sure that this lifestyle has stuck for you, then start hounding others on this board for the next "level" of training.

Remember this can't be done "just to lose weight" make this a lifestyle choice and make it a priority above all else and you will wind up 5 years from now responsibly going to the gym, just like you would "responsibly" go to the bathroom to take a crap. Make it a bodily function!!

Good luck to you Bigmantitties!

Thanks bro, I get your point...start off slow so I don't hurt myself and get discouraged. Got it! I am one sore bastard today after my first real workout yesterday, but it actually feels good.

I think under all this flab I am not actually in that bad of shape as some people in my condition. I used to be able to go 25-30 miles on my bike without a problem, so it's not like I fall over and faint at the thought of moving my limbs... but getting my heart back into shape is different from lifting weight and repairing my body afterwards, like you said.

Thanks for the good words, Griz1.. I hope you will check back on this post in about six months to see what I've done. I have no doubt I will stick to it, my goals are very important to me, and I've never felt better thanks to the total 180 in the way I eat.

"food is fuel... food is fuel... food is fuel..." (mantra taken from another EF'er)

I like your attitude bigmantitties- keep updating this thread, I think it will be very interesting and inspirational to people to see you suceed.

Good for you bro. VERY good to see you take the proper steps. It`s very difficult to turn the train around once it gets on the wrong path, but you`re doing it.

Good Luck and DO keep us updated.

Looks like you got a good plan. btw

Thanks guys, seriously. I need the support and advice. I have lost weight once-- 50 pounds and kept it off for two years. But since I had barely any protein in my diet, I never put on muscle or got toned. I don't want to get discouraged by losing the weight again and still not seeing the shape of my body change.

I can remember being 10 years old and going shirtless on the slip and slide with my friends. One of their younger sisters asked, why are your boobies so big?? 18 years of them and you get used to it.

Even though most of the people posting here are really impressive hard bodies... I'm sure there are hundreds of people that look like me who read the forum every day because we want to be healthy like you instead. Maybe in a few months, these posts can show them what can be done.

hey man i was in the same position as you. i was 5'11 and 193-200lbs sophmore year, probally 30%bf, end of sophmore year i got cought for smoking pot, stopped smoking and ate healthy , seriously 20lbs fell off with no problem, i wasnt even really on a "diet" i just didnt eat shit. the next 15 were a little harder, but i graduated HS with ripped abs, something i NEVER thought would happen. TRUST ME you will never go back to your old ways if you stick to a diet....ask everyone on this board, they arent starving of misrable when dieting, they still eat well, and every now and then enjoy a treat. i know exactly where your coming from. just stick to it, the weight will come off if you give it your effort.
