ok...now remember these are BEFORE pics..
always been a cardio queen, but more recently have been spending more time with weights thanks to everything I've learned here from all of you!
Also have tried to clean up my diet from a high carb low fat one, to a high protein 5-6 meal a day regimen...
need more work, but it's a start right!!
