Be very careful if you're prone to estrogen.
You might want to also look into picking up some letro.

Seems like you're very estrogen prone.

I will definitely keep extra nolva and letro on hand.

Interesting that being on 300 or 400 mg a week of testosterone. Only keeps your numbers near 1000.
Actually 200-300 will get me sometimes around 700-900.
It is not until I go to 400 that it starts to go over 1100. I have seen 1500 at 400 when on cycle.
Figured I would try 600 and see what happens.

300 seems to a decent TRT for me.
I get it straight from the pharmacy.
Since I have switched to a pharmacy. I have a lot better result with less sides.

Quick and simple breakfast. 3 whole eggs and some crumble turkey sausage. Little cheese cause it is Friday.
Paper bowl and Cooke few minutes in microwave.
No clean up
3 minutes to make.

I forgot a little hot sauce today
Nice work on food

300 is decent, you mean you doing 300mgs/week with just TRT test?

Yes
I know 300 is not normal for a trt. It is high.
I even need to do 2 injections weekly to try and keep consistent levels.
I am weird I get it.
This is a doctor that mainly does athletes and body builders. We talk about everything I do and how I do it. Of course he will not give advice on anything against the rules. He will tell me when something is a bad idea for me.

Its not TRT bro its sports TRT+ but thats likely why you have gyno flare ups too.
you taking an Ai how many times per week?

Wife and i trying a new bbq joint.
Texas style. Moist (fatty) brisket. Cream corn and green beans with a piece of sweet cornbread.
Yes there are three kinds of sauce, regular, sweet, spicy!
That fed both of us. My share was bigger than hers. Ok yes i ate all that was left.
They even tossed couple chunks of the burnt ends!

I do not like oatmeal from a restaurant. It always has to much water for me. I do not like it mushy.
It was toast or a pancake. I would have eaten the whole thing, then felt bad.

Yeah, everybody is different, but you're definitely in the five percentile when it comes to how much testosterone affects you.

Eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast with some Jam. Sounds like an amazing breakfast.

As long as it's clean, you won't go wrong.

nice updates slyder. You've got some great genetics, make sure you take advantage of it.

Far too many exercises for that small of a bodypart - cut it half and do two sessions

Yes it was a lot of stuff. I tend to do that. Right now I am doing lighter weights with lots of movement on the shoulder.
I will say it feels so good that sometimes I don’t think I have done enough.
Yesterday was back and now I am bout to head in for a chest day and triceps.

Bros. Finishing out your workout with some sauna, sounds really good. Maybe, go for a swim as well.
It’s an indoor pool. You would think that great.
Shit that water is cold

So far all is healing great.
Chest press is still the hardest to do pain free. The bicep attachment is the slowest to heal. That is a tendon and that takes longer. Knowing that from the beginning has been super helpful. Not knowing what is what inside the body is stressful. But if you arm yourself with knowledge it is easier.
That is my main goal with this log. I like others was scare of the surgery. Now that I have done it I am super glad I did. Yes I regret not doing it sooner. But oh well IT IS, what it is. I am grateful my Dr did not want to rush into surgery and we tried other stuff first. We tried PRP injections. It might have worked for a smaller tear had I immobilized the shoulder.
We saw a lot of new growth in there when I got in with a camera at surgery.
We also did an injection in my knee at same time. That pain was from an old surgery in 1994. That single injection made a huge improvement in the knee..
So far things are going great.
I am 17 weeks post surgery. I am way ahead of what they expected. I feel the bpc 157, tb500, and HGH have been a large part of this success. Remember I am older so thing don’t heal as fast for me. I am still ahead of younger guys in my progress. Yes exercise and lots of stretching has played a huge role.

Last night we made a version of a Taco Bowl.
1 can black beans
1 lb ground chicken
1 pkg low sodium taco seas
Roasted sweet potatoes and zucchini
Salsa on top
Bolt house ranch. ( used this cause didn’t have sour cream)

Some times we will use brown rice instead of the veggies.

Easy to make and easy to clean with lots of flavor.

Yesterday work was a work out.
18 bags of 80lb concrete. Doesn’t sound to bad right. I had to lift and move those bags 7 times.
Had to load them from floor to cart. Move them from cart to tail gate. Move from tailgate into truck bed. Move them from bed to tailgate. Move from tailgate to wheel barrow. Move them to ground in back yard.
Set up forms and tie in steel cage.
Move those freaking bags back into wheel barrow and mix and pour 2 at a time.
Epsom salt bath last night!!!!
Don’t feel bad this morning which is good.
I am meeting a workout buddy 8:30 am for a big back and bicep day.
Yeee-haw!

good meal I like it but 80lbs of concrete no injury i hope?

Hate to hear that.

Your chest is still bothering you when you try to press.

The golden rule is if it hurts and not in a good way, then don't do it. You really have to try and train around. What's going on?

I'm glad that different products and compounds that you're taking have been part of the success where you're recovering quick.

Taco bowl. Looks really good.

Everything you put in there is very healthy.

I like that Mexican food. Definitely something I would love to try.

Wow, that's a crazy story. 18 bags of 80 lb concrete.

You are an absolute beast. That's a workout in itself.

@Slyderkt solid meals right here!

Two servings oatmeal, blueberries, honey and some granola for crunch.
Yes the granola was a special thing added. Not always a good thing to have.
It was a special day

@Slyderkt Good work bro.....

I normally gym 6 days a week.
Occasionally only get 5 and that is ok.
5 is great.
This week some crazyness caused me to miss 3 days in a row. No problem right?
Why do feel like a looser. Hahahahaha
I am going to the gym and get my swole on!!!!

you are NOT a loser bro it happens EF family love for you
you train today?

Quick update. Yes I will get up some more stuff.
It’s been 19 weeks since surgery. They originally estimated,I’d be back together at 24 weeks. I feel I am ahead of the curve.
I am mostly back to pushing same weights as before surgery.
Shoulder feels great! Yes still some pain but I would say 90% better already. Figure the last part is just gonna take time and I am good with that!
Mentally I am in a great place.
Example pre surgery- flat bench dumbell 70lb was a struggle and needed help getting up and started only doing 6 reps. That was my PR. ( did 80 once but fully assisted) The other day I did 80’s, got them up alone and did 4 decent reps. I was sooooo happy. Dropped to 75 and pushed out 5. Yesterday a killer shoulder day and today will be back and biceps. Was able to do leg ups in hanging straps with out pain. Push ups still kinda ugly but getting better.
Last big hurdle will be pull ups and dips.
Pull ups, dips and push up have never been something I did well. But soon will be.
Ya’ll stay strong

19 week out i would say you're pushing hard bro
would love to see you really push the food into control too
stay strong @Slyderkt

Watch doing low reps with heavy weight for a little longer
Yes I agree.
I did this with a spotter strictly to watch me. He and I both knew if I had any hesitation I would bail out.
This was a goal I had set and wanted to try when fresh and fully warmed up.
Now I will drop back to about the sixty mark and work on endurance and mind muscle.
I have a goal of 100 lb dumbells by my 59th birthday mid June. That would be huge for me.
Yesterday had a great low-mid back day.
Also tried some neutral grip pull ups.
I got 2 sets of 7.
For me that is great. Pull ups are big weakness of mine.
Always keep in mind we all have different skill levels.
Great for me some you guys make look easy.
I am comfortable in my abilities.
I work out with all kinds of folks in my gym.
The work out communities are great folks.
Yes there are some gym dicks out there. I do not waste any of my effort on those.
They are a small percentage.
The rest of everyone is wonderful to be around!!!
Ya’ll stay strong.

Sorry, I'm a bit late to the log and just playing catch up.
Are you on any PEDs at the moment?
Yes for recovery I was doing BPC 157, TB500, 2 iu of HGH. All injectable at 5 day on 2 day off. I thought no this played a huge roll in my recovery.
Also 400 test cyp split over two injections.
300 Npp injected 100-3 time weekly.
50 mg anavar daily
Creatine, fish oil, cycle support. Etc…

Six times a week is definitely hardcore. Good to hear that. Your surgery is coming along.

That's good. That's you're almost back to where you were before the surgery. It shows that you're recovering very well.

The important thing is long-term, you stay healthy.

We want you to be doing this for a long time, with no interruptions.

any updates bro?
Nothing special to report. Just feeling good and crushing some gym time. Setting at 194 lbs this morning.
Going to try and schedule a dexa scan for this week end. I have not done this type of scan before. Figure it would be nice to see where I am at. Atleast set a base line.

I know. I hate that my diet is so boring. It works great for me. But reporting it is boring as ever. I have no variety.
But that’s the way I like it.
Tonight is a nothing meal. Just bone broth.
No I am not starving just not hungry.
Breakfast was 3 eggs and some turkey sausage crumble.
I will have 3 chocolate rice cakes with pb&j .
I like these as a desert .
Tomorrow is Friday so am out of food for the week. Groceries on Saturday.
Wife and I live in an apartment and only buy groceries one week at a time.

@Slyderkt your diet is not boring bro :) very interesting to EF family.
You should get some protein bars so its easier to add protein, and do you have the funds for steak?

Yes I can do steak and red meat.
It was a crazy day at work. I tried to go to the gym mid day and sneak in a workout. Traffic was jacked. I was only able to get an hour in. Better than nothing. Not to bad since I hit shoulders. Small body part so I just hit the with quality time. To protect my self I take about 15 minute to start and warm up.

Yesterday I had a protein bar mid day.
I don’t buy them and keep at the house. To much like candy or cookies. I’ll eat the whole box. I buy them one at a time as needed from convenience store. Yes it cost way more but I have little control. I know it sounds crazy.
I got home later than normal and was very hungry. Wife had made taco bowls so I ate that. Sorry no picture. I ate way too much fast to think about it.
Simple meal. Sweet potatoes roasted. Ground chicken, taco seasoning, black beans. With salsa and sour cream on top and a little headed cheese. Yummy.
Some time brown rice instead of sweet potatoes.

if you got that drop in food like you crave bro you use semaglutite before?

if you got that drop in food like you crave bro you use semaglutite before?
I have not tried semiglutide.
I am not sure it is right for me. My wife and niece are on it and hand has had great success of loosing weight. I know several others.
What I am seeing is yes it reduces hunger and they are dropping weight. But I am also seeing muscle wasting.
I need to loose a few lbs but I think I can do it naturally and have better results over time.
I will know more tomorrow after this Dexa scan. I am in good condition. I wouldn’t say the best I’ve been. Trying to put on size has changed me. In a good way , but with it I lost some of my lean shreaddd look. I just need to tighten up my meals and get after the cardio and core work. I stoped doing it and changed focus. It up to me to get back on track.
I’ll post my result and that will give us a great base line. Then we shall see what happens when I try and get summer ready.
For every 40 plus. Big warning that at some time in the near future your skin will not shrink back. At 42 mine did. Then I got lazy and dad bod came back. 52 I dropped weight and changed my life. I got supper lean. 6 years of that and skin does not tighten up know.
Sure I can get shreaddd and have the six pack and obliques. But I have loose saggy skin.
Suck but that’s life.
It ain’t easy being beautiful. Hahahahaha

Hahahahaha
the muscle wasting is because they dont train or do high protein bro
if you do high protein and train you wont lose mass
im just saying if you cant control hunger or cravings, maybe glp-1 is in play @Slyderkt

GLP-1 plus GIP makes more sense to me. Get the added benefit of stable blood sugars and the cravings remain under control and the weight comes off easier. So I'd say tirzepatide or retatrutide would be better options than semiglutide.

I can give it some thought.
