How is the baby doing hopefully, everything looks healthy.
Oh ya ha daughter is amazing. Mom and baby doing well. I am at my parent today. They are both 93. Baby is headed this way to meet them. I’m am so excited and proud.

My main gym is rough old and freaking amazing.
It is cool to be using Ronnie Coleman’s personal dumbbell set. I only use the bottom half. The top half is way too big for me. Heck some weigh more than I do. Think about that. You big guys can put one of me in each hand and press. Yall amaze me!

Oops a little under goal this morning.
And did this without cardio. Yes I do need to do more cardio for good health reasons and just tight up a bit.
I don’t want to loose any more weight. Now just maintain the 180 mark. Was only shooting for 185. But heck this works also.
Monday is final follow up with ortho. I am super pleased. Pretty sure he will be also.
This is the 6 month post op. Cant believe it is here.
I feel great. I am still about 95 percent healed. I am a head of where I was pre op. Yes I wish I had done this two years earlier. There damage in the shoulder was less then but I thought I could do it without surgery. Oh well all this is in the past.
I hear so many horror stories about this surgery now. I am glad I didn’t hear them earlier.
The common thing I see with bad experiences is recovery. I went in healthy and in shape. I did an extreme amount of range of motion exercises. Went to all of my rehab and listened to them and my Dr.
I pushed it hard with respect to the healing process.
If any went wrong i didn’t want it to be because I slacked!

Yes I believe BPC 157, TB 500 and HGH played a huge role in my recovery.

Yes I will take some pics soon.
Gotta start doing more ab work. My abs lost some since I ignored them the last couple years.
Been bulking and trying add size. Just doesn’t really work on me. Or I am doing it wrong. Now that I am healed and trim again we shall see!

I am all for it. Remember that and PRP shots can help heal stuff that is heal able. They also help with inflation. Do good research and if it is what you need it is great stuff.
It did not fix my stuff, but man it help heal tremendously.
I also have a great sports therapist. He is not a massage person. His back ground it PT. But he is way more than that.
Shoulder bursitis is no joke either. I had it ones and it also sucks.

I have kinda concluded I am not a mass builder.
Done tren, dbol, Tbol, NPP, primo.deca, every sarm. Test 200-600 Etc…
High protein, good fats, low carb 1200 cal cuts, 4000 cal high protein clean bulks.
When I get bigger all the parts I want to stay trim get bigger.
I feel better trim. Just want to make the muscles larger than they are.
I eat right train hard. Fought many injurys. And I am no spring chicken. I hate to use labels but yes I am a hard gainer.
On the success side I am developing a lot of the little muscle that I never had before. Only really been at it 7 years 59 years old this year.
I can run around at 180- 210lb 8-15 % bf.
Sure I would love to be 10% bf at 200 lbs.
I do use PEDs. I understand they only enhance my hard work. I do not think I can just take something and swell up. Some guys do, not me. Others may work harder than me but I’m consistent and ready for any challenge.

100g is about 21-23g protein IIRC. 454g is a lb so a bit under 200

I would strongly consider avoiding the surgery, man.
There's other ways and creams that you can possibly take a look at
 
I have been dealing with this loose skin for 6 years now. Since losing my dad bod and beer belly.
All my research has shown that once you have lost elasticity in the skin it can not be regained.
Yes fasting eat and reproduces cells and give some resemblance to tightening. But not enough old skin.
Creams are not an option. Yes some add plumpness and retain cologen, but not enough in my case. Hydrations plays a part in all of this also..
Getting bigger muscles to fill the skin also an option. But not enough by its self.
Yes do all these things and I will see a small improvement.
Again my age is 90% the problem.
Of course this is my opinion. I want to talk to some different type of drs to see what options are out there. I agree slicing is not my only or favorite idea.
Of course keep the ideas rolling in. I don’t know it all and love to hear ideas.

Sorry, I can’t remember what you’re on at the moment, but do you have GH in the mix, or have you tried GH?

I’d be interested to see what 4-6IU per day did as far as skin quality and whether it had any positive effects on the loose skin.

I am taking 2 iu per day 5 day per week

So what are you eating?
90/10 lean ground beef 8 oz 1 cup brown rice 1 cup broccoli x4 a day 3,290 calories 251g protien 341g carbs 60g fiber 5g sugar i keep it pretty simple other than, cayenne pepper, sea salt and pepper, sometimes i add in some low sodium taco seasoning or low calorie sugar free bbq sauce, i tend to stick with the basics as it works, just chicken after 2 meals is just hard to eat all the time for me.

10 min elliptical
1. Standing individual leg curl machine 4 sets 12 reps. 25,30,35,40. Super set with #2
2. seated leg curl machine. 4 sets 20 reps. 90,110,120,140
3. Leg extension 4 set 15 reps double leg 90,100,120,140. superset with #4
4. Leg extension 4 set 15 single leg 60,60,70,70
5. Lateral swing leg press . Single leg 4 set 15. -
2 plate, 3,3,4 superset with number #6
6. Abductor 4 set 20 100,110,120,130
7. 45 degree leg press machine 4 set, 90lb-50 reps, 180lbs - 40 reps, 270lbs- 30 reps, 360lbs -20 reps
8. Front squat machine 4 set 12reps 180lbs

Mixed into all this was 4 set 10-15 neutral grip pull ups and 4 sets 10 chin ups

Went to a new gym the other. Is very close to the new home I am about to build. I had heard about it but just thought it was liked cause it was new and fancy. Yep new. About 3 million dollars of equipment.
Crazy lighting. Lots of mirrors, locker room, showers, water bottle fillers, drinking fountains, posing room, and saunas.etc……
Equipment is from around the world. Some I have never heard of.
Atlantis, Olympia, M Toture, Panatta, Megamass, and more. Heck they had 35 chest machines. I hit about 10. Also did some ab machines. Lots of free weights, and Casio equipment. Definitely not a commercial gym or an old school Gym!
Woke up today sore in places new. Each machine hit, and adjusted different.
My trainer is trying to move all his client over to here.
He says he is limited at the old gym we are at. Lots of folks are maxed out there. So he owes it to his clients to give them more and bigger challenges.
I am all in!!!

Went to a burger joint down town called not a damn chance.
Burger double meat and only comes one way with everything.
Ask for a change they say NADC.
Had that and split an order of fries animal style.
All was good. I fasted till dinner time.
Very full after words and couldn’t finish fries.
Stomach has shrunk. In side and out.

those types of gyms are amazing the first 2-3 years they open then start going downhilll fast usually. best thing is hit it until the original owners let it go to shit and then move on

the gym i was going to the owner was motivated and there daily. after about 5 years never saw him again, he completely got bored. they never updated equipment even though we were paying that stupid yearly scam fee. equipment was breaking and not being fixed, falling apart. members were going lower and lower class. i had to leave

Not a fan of the neon but I WOULD like to try those squat machines (front and centre)

Took today off from gym. Went to chiropractor. Got adjusted and did decompression.
Got to look at the follow up X-rays we took last week. Compared to my first set we took maybe 5 months ago. Spine looks much better. It wasn’t terrible. It was stiff and little range of motion. Things look way more flexible.
Today ate :
breakfast - 3 boiled eggs will half each yolk,Greek 0% yogurt, blue berry and honey.
Lunch - 6 oz chicken breast
Snack - protein bar, package of almonds
Dinner - 8 oz chicken breast w/ hummus , apple,
 
Took today off from gym. Went to chiropractor. Got adjusted and did decompression.

Went to a burger joint down town called not a damn chance.
Burger double meat and only comes one way with everything.
Ask for a change they say NADC.
Had that and split an order of fries animal style.
All was good. I fasted till dinner time.
Very full after words and couldn’t finish fries.
Stomach has shrunk. In side and out.
@Slyderkt Sounds like a delicious and well-deserved cheat meal! "Not a Damn Chance" sounds like a burger joint with personality. It's common to feel extra full after a cheat meal when you've been eating cleaner, but enjoy it!
 
Had a great work out this am. 2 hours on back. Hit the lower and mid back hard.
All these new machines hit different. Not even sure what to call them.
 
All is great. Loving the new gym. Switched to more morning workouts. Holding at 180 lbs
Been crazy around here. My father passed away and funeral it this weekend. All is good. He was 93 and lived a full live. Was not well last couple years. Declined quickly. Friday night went to sleep and did not wake up. This is all for the best. He is in much better place now.

I went to plastic surgeon. Going to have excess skin removed. But first I need to have inguinal hernia looked at. No pain. Didn’t know it was there. both side poke out. I can make them bulge when pushing. Now that I am lean yo see them. I did not know they existed

When we get older, it becomes very tough.

Very important to have family to support you.
 
Sorry to hear about your father. Hopefully, he did not suffer.
