Site Fat Loss Question

Ok guys, I have a problem area. Basically I was 325 FAT on the scale 4 years ago. I lost all the weight in 5months down to 230 on the scale while slowly increasing muscle mass, actually the muscle accumulated quickly when i starting eating again. Anyways, I kept the weight off, trained hard Did a cycle a year ago and here I am on another cycle now. Basically i've put on some great size (now 6'4" 265 13%) But the lowest bf% i'd say i've ever had is this 13%, and i'm concentrating on getting lower.

Here are my problem areas.
I still have a bit of chest fat, could be prepubesent gyno, kinda a deposit over the nipple, never got bigger on cycle or hurt on cycle or anything though. This area doesn't bug me as much as the next.

Lower Abs. I have none. I have 4 visible abs (great looking in the a.m i might add) and I have the V lines starting to make their appearence. However It seems like i can't get rid of this layer around my lower gut. Part of me is almost conivnced that it's excess loose skin from when i was obese. I kind of have the same loose skin on the inside of my arm around my armpit area.

Anyways, should i just keep at keeping my diet and cardio in check while I cut. Will persistance get me where i want to go? What about gh or IGF for this site loss? Any suggestions? Thanks

Yohimburn ES would be worth a shot to help with localized fat loss. If it is loose skin, then time is your only hope. If that does not help then surgery is most likley the only other option.

I am planning on giving yohimburn a shot, but i've tried it before with not much sucess. Can anyone comment on IFG-1 or GH for this purpose?

heard igf injections in the abdomen will eliminate some fat in that area.. per radar

you don't need IGF-1 or GH....how was your diet when your tried YES?

Hey bro, I’m in a similar situation as you. I’m 5’10” and weighed in at 294lbs FAT! That was 9 years ago. I got down to 180 in 10 months just by diet, cardio and lifting. I'm 218lbs now and around 12% BF.

I’ve been lifting heavy for 8 years and have always had a little fat in the nipple and lower ab area. I know for a fact that some of it is extra skin. The way you can tell is to get in a push-up position. Get in the up position and look down at your belly. If you have some skin hanging there then that’s what it is. Extra skin.

For me it’s not that bad. Not bad enough that I would go get surgery for it. I’ve been able to get my BF down below 10% by doing a carb restricted diet. It takes time and LOTS OF CARDIO but you can do it. The only problem was I wasn’t able to lift heavy due to not having enough carbs in my system. I would tire easily but, damn! Did I look good! ;)

Once you get the fat deposits down in the problem areas, think of the extra skin as more room for lean muscle to grow! Fill in that extra space with some massive pecs and broad lats. That will take care of that extra skin under your arms for sure!

Mr X. I didn't really follow any set diet schedule. I just cut out the complex and simple carbs as best as I could. I still got carbs from skim milk and cottage cheese but that was about it.

This is why I contacted you about helping me with my diet. I know you're waiting on info from me. Sorry, work has been killing me lately. I'm still VERY eager to acquire some of your knowledge!

Basically, my advice is for you to follow a BodyOpus where you can train fairly heavy at the start of the week after a refeed (carb-up). Get Dan Duchaines book: BodyOpus , it's one of the best reads out there.
