Simplifying Diet

yeah id add 2 cups of oatmeal and some eggwhites for breakfast personally..
 
If he's lookin to trim down I wouldnt drop the carbs out completely. I can diet down very effectively from 285 to 220's by going no less than 75 g carbs a day, up to 600 on re-feed days. On the in between days I get my carbs in before noon (and before weight sessions). After 3 PM it's all fibrous veggies as far as carbs are concerned.
