I started doing seated shrugs, and only seated shrugs like am onth ago. from then, my traps grew outrageously quick in compraison to any muscle on my body. when I see other guys at the gym, even big dudes, I always see them rolling their shoulders back at the top of the movement. I thought this was bad, I forgot. I dont do it that way because I swore that that movement was bad for your rotators or something.
