Shoulder width and AAS

when your 90 they can....good point bounce, bones don't stretch. Either you have it or you don't.

Have you guys read the above posts? We already know that the bones cannot be stretched. Were wondering if the connective tissues surrounding them can.

bro yes we have read the post. even if you can stretch the tissue, it would be such a small amount that you wouldn't notice anyway. the bottom line is, either you have long clavicles or you don't.

Pullovers actually work your pectoralis minor. its a small pec muscle that lies beneath the pectoralis major. just cause they are pros doesnt mean they know everyhting

One more thing,, posture, affected by the lats , abs, and eresctors can pull the shoulders back creating the look of wider shoulders.
Side delt excercises of course would widen the delts appearance by making them thicker.
I read in Muscle Mag that you can add about 1 and a half inches to shoulder width through work the delts. This Im sure depends on your genetics.

Nutri-Wrestler: Im not saying that pros do know everything. I just stated that I read about the way pullovers affect your chest in an article written by pros.

I may be reading this wrong but are you saying that the article said you can add ONLY and inch and a half to your shoulder width by working the delts? I dont understand.

The way that I understood it was that an inch and a half was what you could expect but I think this would definately depend on genetics and if use of AAS is present.
