Shoulder width and AAS

ripper: Thats good advice. The thing is , that Ive been incorporating wide grip pull-ups into my workout regimine off and on since Ive been working out (just about 5 years now). And Ive added a great deal of width to my shoulders, and alot of size to my medial and overall dealts. And it may just be my imagination but it seems like even though Ive put some good size onto my dealts , I think my shoulders have become wider than they should be from just the amount of muscle Ive added to my deltoids. And Im sure that theres more to my shoulders getting wider than just the extra deltiod size, because over the past 5 years Ive gone from the age of 16 to 21 wich would mean that some of it is just my frame going through its natural growth development. But Im curious to know If I have stretched my clavicle and scapula or the tissues connecting them ,at all over the past 5 years by doing wide grip pull-ups ,thus by adding width to my shoulders without adding size to my deltoids. I dont know if that makes any sense to you guys. Its just something Ive been thinking about since I came across the article in musclemag that I mentioned.

You could always try a medieval torcher stretching device. This would probably stretch your bones to the desired width better than chins.

thate: Is that what you did to get your cock up to a full 3 inches? Sorry man, I had to do it. I hope this doesnt start a flame war.

No need to start a flame war bro. By the way, your mom provides all the suction I need to get rock hard. She is comparable to cialis.

I have read an article about shoulder width through stretching. That was one of the exercises, the other was wide grip deadlifts i think. but when I say wide grip they meant as wide as you could stretch.
I no longer have the article but it was something like making the cartilage thicker like the grow taller books.

I am very interested in this if anyone has any info but honestly I think its shit just like growing taller through stretching is a crock.

Sartan IS God!! :freak:

LOL. Really, moms that good ? I've heard cialis is the shit. Maybe I should start advertising her as the newly discovered cure for AAS related loss of sex drive.

bones can not be stretched!

I think we've already established that. What were wondering is how much ,and from what exercises can the various tissues connecting these bones be altered.

Ive read up a little on gaining height through exercise. And have talked to people on message forums related to the topic. And have been told that its actually possible to gain a small amount of height through certain exercises ,as long as your not past a certain age. Mid 20's I think. I think it has more to do with improving posture, rather than actually lengthening the spine though. Im not sure. But I have talked to people who have tried the methods and were happy with the results they got.

Ive also read a couple training articles by Jay Culter ,and Lee Preist where they said you can stretch the size of the rib cage by doing pullovers giving you more of a barrel chest. Im not sure but,
this might be done by the tissues connecting the rib bones being worked during pullovers. So If thats possible then why cant the idea of widening the shoulders by working the clavicle and scapula connective tissues through certain exercises also work?
