ripper: Thats good advice. The thing is , that Ive been incorporating wide grip pull-ups into my workout regimine off and on since Ive been working out (just about 5 years now). And Ive added a great deal of width to my shoulders, and alot of size to my medial and overall dealts. And it may just be my imagination but it seems like even though Ive put some good size onto my dealts , I think my shoulders have become wider than they should be from just the amount of muscle Ive added to my deltoids. And Im sure that theres more to my shoulders getting wider than just the extra deltiod size, because over the past 5 years Ive gone from the age of 16 to 21 wich would mean that some of it is just my frame going through its natural growth development. But Im curious to know If I have stretched my clavicle and scapula or the tissues connecting them ,at all over the past 5 years by doing wide grip pull-ups ,thus by adding width to my shoulders without adding size to my deltoids. I dont know if that makes any sense to you guys. Its just something Ive been thinking about since I came across the article in musclemag that I mentioned.
