First I am about to go shopping for supplements in a day or two, then I am going to start my dieting/training routine(which I am currently devoloping) I know I need a good multivitamin(I dont like taking each different one) and a good protein powder(prob.whey) and creatine for recovery so I dont slip out. I am 127lbs 5'11 16m. Bfat is near 8 percent.NO training history, but learning I am. Want to aim for 4000+ calories a day,and maybe 300gs of protein(wanna reap the goods)
Even if I did eat 6 good meals a day of chicken/eggs/bacon
its gonna be hard to get the bulking I want alone.SoI found a weight gainer shake that makes it guaranteed to reach my 4000+cal/protein intake.Tell me what you think. Its GNC brand

Nutritional content includes powder mix and 3 cups 2% reduced-fat milk.

I am not taking this until I get some info on it.Too many carbs??
Also,is it better to eat eggs raw or cooked?(I know they taste better cooked) As a good portion of my protein will be from eggs.

Don't buy that shit, and make your own weight gainer by blending milk, whey, oats, and natural peanut butter.

Eat your eggs cooked.

Shake

I have the milk(I use 1 or 2 percent) and eggs and the whey.Do you mean like quaker oatmeal oats? And where can I get all natural pb.?I usually eat jiffy, but is that all natural?

Biggie here-how can I use the ingredients (dosage) to get around 2000 calories in one big shake, while making it drinkable?

Eating 2000 calories at one time is about the dumbest thing one can do. Not calling "YOU" dumb, but come on now, 2000 kcals at one sitting in the form of a carb-laden shake will help you bulk, yes, with a spare tire and love handles the size of Ricky Lake's.

bad idea

I use N large by ProLab for my post-workout shake. That's the only time I use a weight gainer. Try and stick to real food as much as possible, and don't go crazy with the carbs. A quality MRP like ProLab's Lean Mass Matrix can help you add some calories. Beyond PW use, I feel that all weight-gainers are garbage. Loaded with high-GI carbs. Not good.

well what about ordering low gi carbs from supplementdirect and then having about 80-100gs of them mixed with 50-60g eggwhite/whey/cacinate protein blend, mixed w/ 16 ounces of skim milk and 1 tbsp of NPB or Olive oil. Would this be a good to take 1 or 2 of these a day to get extra calories. I am eating 6-7 times a day filling myself and I can't seem to get in more then arount 3200-3500 clean calories without feeling really bloated all day.

yeah but I eat 4-6 servings of oatmel as is right now of oatmeal plus I think oatmeal costs more then the low gi carbs. What are these low gi carbs they sell? Is it just ground oatmeal?
