Wide pulldown (4 sets) 60/60/65/60
Seated rows (3 sets) 55/70/55
Reverse pec dec (3 sets) 40/40/45 (1st time & had to get used to it)
Hypers (4 sets) 140/180/200/180
My legs hurt bad today! Laid in bed for an extra 20 min
I suggest evryone should try the ab routine prev.posted - ouch!
