Anyone have any suggestions here? I think I need to add more cardio now, but what about diet? Is there anything I could do to help (other than eliminate the occasional sweet and condiments)? Can you look it over and tell me what you think, please?
Looking through your journal, I can see one thing that may help, ScorpioGirl, but you may have a reason that you do what you do that I don't know about. I see you do your cardio on the elliptical. Actual running on a treadmill, or even better...outside...will cause more muscle to be used (due to the greater forces on impact). I admit, though, it's a tough one to figure out...Also, have you tried carb cycling, like roonytoons suggested? I have tried it before and it really produced results for me !
