Went to Dick's today to get the rack and more free weights FINALLY! Got a single grip cable handle too to do some crossovers with. Can't wait to use it all. Got so ticked off trying to put the thing together, I had to leave the room and do something else. Made my fiance do it this AM! lol

I'm sure someone will suggest carb cycling. Sassy has a few good posts on how to do a 3 day cycle on this. Another alternative is also calorie zig-zaging. I think Jens did some variation of this while she was in competition mode. Your body has probably got used to your current regime, so any way to shake that up, may be what you are looking for right now.

Great going, SG, on reaching the 14% mark and staying there. I'm kind of hovering for a while until I can get all these holiday festivities out of the way before I attempt to go hardcore again.
 
OK, here it is.....taken this AM after Thanksgiving and cheat meal last night!!!!! lol Looking a little smooth today, maybe later in the week I can post a pic after a low carb day so everything pops a little more.

I have some estrogenic fat on my inner thighs, as you can see, and I'd like to dial my quads, hamstrings and chest in some more and loose a couple more % bf.

Sorry about the background! I was laundering the bed clothes this AM! lol
