***Guess I'm gonna skip a.m. cardio and wait for tonight since my nagging sore throat is STILL here, so maybe I need the rest? All p.m. workout it will be I suppose!!***

7:45 a.m.
-5 egg whites
-1 whole egg

10:30
-1/4 cup blueberries
-1/4 cup oats
-1 scoop protein

2:00 p.m.
-3 oz chicken
-1 cup spinach
-1/2 oz almonds

9:30 p.m.
??????????????
No appetite due to being sick but gotta have something I suppose
-1 sugar free popsicle
-Black cherry Fresca :p

10:15 p.m.
KNow that I need to eat something since cals at bout 500 right now...
-4 oz chicken
-1 sugar free popsicle
-12 oz tea with 1 tsp honey
