-added 2 oz chicken

-1/4 small banana
-Vanilla MRP

8:45 p.m.
-2 cups spring mix
-1/4 cup brocolli
-6 oz chicken
-4 oz sweet potato
-5 almonds

11:45 p.m. (If I am hungry)
-4 egg whites
-1 whole egg
-1 scoop whey
