Hey guys,
How many grams of saturated fat is OK to take in a day if you're on a low carb diet targeting fat loss? I eat under 100 g of carbs a day usually. Almost all of this saturated fat comes from peanut butter. I am 260 lbs and I have to eat a lot of calories to maintain my size, so I generally eat almost an entire jar of natural peanut butter a day, which is about 30 g saturated fat and 224 g of good fats. All my other food consists of egg whites, chicken breast, and about 75 g of simple carbs immediately postworkout.
