Just for logging purposes - diet's tight today but I've had a splitting headache since last nite that made me feel literally sick to my stomach -- been in bed most of the day.

Meal 1: 10 am
1 whole egg + 3 egg whites
5 oz chicken
Meal 2: 2 pm
2 scoops BI MP + 1 tbsp heavy cream
Meal 3: 5 pm
6 oz chicken
2 c broccoli
Meal 4: 9 pm
2 scoops BI MP + 1 tbsp heavy cream
Meal 5: tbd
Training:
AM: 30 min Precor + 1 hr washing the car!
PM: Delts & tris
5 min treadmill warm up
Rotator warm up:
- cable inside / outside: 5/20(4) x 2
- 45 degree from front lateral raises: 10/15 x 2
- lying shoulder presses: 10/20 x 2
behind the neck military press: bar/20 15/15 20/12 30/8 (new PR)
Giant (delts):
- side laterals: 15/12 20/10 x 2
- rear laterals: 15/20 20/20 x 2
- Smith shrugs: 70/10 45^2/10 x 2 (new PR)
reverse pec deck: 75/20 85/15 x 2
Giant (tris):
- skull crushers + close grip press: 60/15+15 60/12+12 x 2
- straight bar cable tri presses: 60/12 50/12 x 2
- DB kickbacks: 15/15 20/12 x2
Unassisted dips: body/15 x 3
Mostly I need a huge amount of lat work done and then just some overall stuff. Figured it would be more economical.
The PA show - still playing it by ear -- the cost is daunting right now, the schedule is getting hairy as well -- soooo... I'll tell you some time in June I guess.....
