Just for logging purposes - diet's tight today but I've had a splitting headache since last nite that made me feel literally sick to my stomach -- been in bed most of the day.

OK 3 weeks to the Jr Nationals & my first social event in at least 2 months.... CARDIO BLITZ!


30 May 2006 (Tues)

Diet: lmao --- still waking up at noon...
MEal 1: 12 noon
1 whole egg + 3 egg white
5 oz chicken
1/2 grapefruit

Meal 2: 3 pm
2 scoops BI MP + 1 tbsp heavy cream

Meal 3: 6 pm
6 oz chicken
2 c broccoli (+ digestive enzymes :worried: )

Meal 4: 10 pm
2 scoops BI MP

Meal 5: tbd

Training: quadz

(Note, again, all weights for any bar-based exercise are the weights on 1 side of the apparatus, not the total weight and not including the wt of the bar, sled or whatever)
6 min elliptical warm up
Smith lunges: 25/20 35/20 45/20
Super:
- hack (wide stance): 70/20 115/15 140/12
- leg press (wide stance): 45^4/20 45^5/15 45^6/12
Super:
- hack (close stance): 165/12 x 3
- leg press (close stance): 45^6/12 45^7/10 x 2 (new PR)
Leg ext (4tut): 140/15 140/8+100/8 120/12
- alt legs: 55/8 x 2 -> 40/8 x 2 -> 25/8 x 2 -> 10/10

Cardio: 30 min treadmill (angle 11->13, speed 3.1)
