Hmmmmm....how long did it take Cory Everson to drop down? I remember in the 90's she was BB all the way. Saw a pic of her not too long ago and she's more figure/fitness now. I was a little shocked to see how much she'd lost.

I think Cory got out before FBB got really freaky. If you want to see a really dramatic change, take a look at Kim Chizevsky.

Blah - I can't find any pix of her in Figure. But yea - she's pretty wild.

Diet: (carb up day! altho I haven't actually noticed a lack of energy due to diet - mostly due to sleeping...)

Meal 1: 12 noon
1 whole egg + 3 egg whites
5 oz chicken
1/2 grapefruit

Meal 2: 3 pm
2 scoops BI MP + 1 tbsp heavy cream

Meal 3: 6 pm
7 oz ground bison
1 c broccoli

Meal 4: 9 pm
2 scoops BI MP + 1 tbsp heavy cream

Meal 5: tbd -- -carb up!


Training:
AM -- blew the whole sprint thing this morning :rolleyes:
PM: hams -- splitting up leg day...
Warmup - 5 min elliptical
Smith DLs: bar/20 25/15 35/15 45/10
Lying leg curls: 90/15 100/15 x 2
Seated alt leg curls: 55/10 45/10 x 3
DB DLs: 25/10 x 3 (DL + DB forward at the bottom)
90 degree reverse hypers: 5 + 5 (5 pulse) + 10 x 3
Cable pull thrus: 60/15 x 2

Cardio: 30 min Precor

I usually just mash it all together.... When you are really carb depleted its like a sugar coma. I'm not really feeling carb depleted tho so I'm sure I'll feel "full". Also it may help rekick me into a good upswing on the diet...

Diet:
Meal 1: 11 am
1 whole egg + 3 egg whites

Meal 2: 2 pm
2 scoops BI MP + 1 tbsp heavy cream

Meal 3: 5:30
6 oz chicken
2 c broccoli

Meal 4: 8:30
2 scoops BI MP + 1 tbsp heavy cream

Meal 5: tbd


Training: Back & Calves
5 min elliptical warmup
Smith bent-over rows: 25/20 45/12 x 3
Giant - Rotator warm up:
- cable inside / outside: 5/20(4) x 2
- 45 degree from front laterals: 10/15 x 2
- lying shoulder raises: 10/15 x 2
Giant (back):
- lat pull downs (wide grip): 120/12 140/10 x 2
- Hammer Strength row: 70/15 80/12 x 2
- wide grip cable row: 100/12 x 3 (sore right rotator...)
- 45 degree reverse hyper + fly: 20 x 3
Sliding donkey calf: 135/30 x 3

Cardio: 25 min stepper
