Generally a shitball day in terms of falling asleep again after 4:30 am, wake up at noon and just feel flaky all day. Not realy sure why. Didnt' eat much today and spent most of the time at the gym distracted by some very emotional shit that i have no idea why it was bugging me --- for some reason it seemed very important that I update my will w/ the whys, hows & whos and just in cases.... Shit.


Diet:
Meal 1: 12 noon
2 scoops bev intl Muscle Provider + Capri Sun sippy thing (16 g carb) + water

Meal 2: 5 pm
5 oz chicken
2 c green beans

* train *

Meal 3: 9 pm
2 scoops Bev Intl Muscle Provider + water

Meal 4: 10 pm - tbd


Training: Legs ---> but changed to just Quads
Warm up: 5 min treadmill
Giant:
- walking lunges: 20/50 x 2
- step ups: 25/20 x 2
- 45 degree reverse hypers: 25/15 x 2
ATF Squats: bar/20 10/12 20/12 30/8 -- getting very distracted so cut this short
Giant: (hams) - discontinued after 1 cycle
- Smith SLDLs: 25/12 35/1 -- aborted because the left side of the bar kept getting jammed & jacked my back real nice
- seated leg curl: 120/12
- 90 degree reverse hyper: 15 + 5 pulse
Giant: (quads)
- 1 leg hack: 25/12 x 3
- leg press (wide stance): 45^4/12 x 3
- leg ext: 130/8 x 3
leg ext alternating: 55/8 x 2, 40/8 x 2, 25/10 x 2, 10/20 x 2 -- hold 4TUT, burnout
leg press (narrow stance): 45^4/12 x 3
hack (2 leg): 115/20 x 2

After that just cut it short as I was getting light-headed. Tomorrow I'll do hams.

Try and get some good sleep tonight. :heart: Have you gone to the doc about the sleeping thing?

Well I also hope that you are able to get some rest tonight :) I have problems sleeping at night myself but everyone seems to say its due to working out alot?!?!! But I don't know! Anyways rest well hun!

Hey thx for checkin in :) I did actually sleep well & wake up today. Even got an AM cardio session in. Now off to tan & get my nails done for a headhunter intervew this afternoon

Good luck with the interview. The lack of sleep is troubling though...i think you need to relax a bit be4 bed. Nice jacuzzi!
