Ran out of time for stretching & cardio tonite, but based on my better common sense re: the "knee incident" & "butt scooting" the other night, I'm cutting back on the stretching for a few days and reading about it instead.

And the good news is that my Nytol is now kicking in at 1:42 am... might yet get a reasonable night's sleep!

Nice leg work! I don't know if the day will EVER come that I can do 100# leg curls - geez!!!!!

Here's a funny you can appreciate:
"M" switched from dialup to a local ISP's dsl package about a year ago. Of course he speed tested it after installation and was getting the speed of a T1.......he neglected to mention this to them.

They called him the other day and informed him that his download speed would decrease because they determined that they had inadvertantly set him up a a T1 and since it was their error, there would not be any additional charges for the year's worth of T1 service that he received for the "DSL price." :lmao:

He's a little tore up because he can't download 4 movies, games or linux iso's at the same time anymore. He can only do one at a time. :lmao:

LOL I hate internet. So I spent most of Thurs & Fri screwing around w/ it, then they tell me to disconnect the cable tv branch of the splitter & connect the cable modem directly to the plug in the wall... now I have no cable tv. Then I had to buy a 25' ethernet cord so at least i have internet , but the wireless is hosed up now.

Anyway... it also seems I lost my little notebook that I keep track of my training in, so I' gotta go off the top of my head right now..

15 April 2006 (Sat)

Diet: Again w/ the screwy sleeping times..
Meal 1: 12 pm
1 whole egg + 7 egg whites
1/2 grapefruit

Meal 2: 4:30 pm --- I had a couple diet cokes prior while laying out on the back deck which managed to delay my hunger pangs...
4 oz chicken
1 c green beans

* train *

Meal 3: 8 pm
2 scoops Bev Int' Muscle Provider + 1 thingy of Capri Sun juice box stuff + water

Meal 4: 10 pm
5 oz chicken
2 c green beans

Meal 4:12:20 am
1 handful almonds

Training: Chest & Bis
Warmup: 5 min treadmill
Giant:
- walking lunges: 20/50 x 2
- step ups: 25/20 x 2
- 45 degree hyper: 25/15 x 2
incline bar press: bar/20 x 2 (warmup)
Giant (chest) x 3:
- Db incline press: 40/12 x 2 45/8 + 35/5
- Hammer strength seated incline press: 35/12 x 3
- cable x-ver: 20/12 x 3
Giant (bis) x 3:
- Ez curl: 50/12 60/8 40/5+5+5 (forearms started to ache so moved to lighter weigth on the 60)
- Hammer curls "run the rack": 25/5 + 20/5 + 15/5 + 10/5 + 5/10 x 3
- Hi cable bis: 20/12 x 2 20/10+15/10+10/10+ 5/10 (4TUT)

20 min elliptical (then got booted out of the gym)

They close at 8 pm Friday, Sat & Sun. :rolleyes: Obviously not a hardcore training facility...

Ahh... I was waiting for a wild story....Like the time I went to a new gym because mine was closed. I was doing some shrugs and the weight hit the pins hard. The owner came out and said for me not to do that as it might hurt the equipment. (Add smartass comment from short little powerlifter) and Viola'......Kicked the hell out.

Naw - this is a really nice World Gym - they just have crappy hours. Also I'm not a morning person -- I guess I woudlnt' have that problem if I trained at 5 am....

Xport Fitness.. no matter how bitchy the employes... and the pressure that I have to look somewhat decent when I go there.. MEAN evil bitchy girl looks... still... you cant beat 24 hours-365 days a year... yes even Xmas... and new year... and the equipment is just out of this world.

I miss my home gym ... the one at school is so GHETTO! :p
