Mine is open 10am - 5pm Sat & Sun. :worried:
By the time I get stuff done on Sat. the gym is already closed.

Well I guess part of beign a "morning person" is what you have that gets you out of bed. At the moment its my cat yowling to eat....

16 April 2006 (Sun, Easter)

Diet: another f'd up night of sleeping....
Meal 1: 12 noon
1 whole egg + 7 egg whites
1/2 grapefruit

Meal 2: 3 pm
1 pouch of tuna
1 c green beans

* train *

Meal 3: 7:30 pm
2 scoops Bev Int'l Muscle Provider + Capri Sun thingy (16 g carb) + water + glutamine

Meal 4: 8:30 pm
4 oz turkey sausage - "big Easter dinner" :rolleyes:
2 c green beans

Meal 5: tbd

Training: back & calves
warm up:
Giant:
- walking lunges: 20/50 x 2
- step ups (std bench leve): 25/20 x 2
- 45 degree hypers: 25/20 x 2

*Cardio* - 41 min elliptical - hanging w/ someone who is closer to a comp date than I am

Smith DLs: 25/15 45/12 x 3 - these were a million times easier on my lower back!
Giant: (back)
- assisted chins: 50/12 50/8+60/6 60/12
- 45 degree hypers: 0/15 x 3
- 1 arm DB rows: 55/12 x 3
- DB pull-overs: 50/12 x 3
Super (calves)
- seated calves: 90/30 x 2 90/40
- sliding calves: 135/30 x3
walking calves: 45/50 x 3

The workout was great! Right now I"m getting a different kind of workout...financial...:worried: (taxes...)

mine was easy, my father in law did it! But then when you make no money you pay no taxes! Sometimes I miss work!

Sassy, how definite are you on your July 22-23rd show? IP and I (and a few others...I THINK) are considering touring the Northeast between Treilin's and your show, ending our tour at your show.
