Well as expected, its a damn long weekend waiting on pretty much every major decision on the table right now.... so I'm just tryign to stay busy.

- House: same

- Job: same

- Diet - its there

- Training - knee still squirrely so stuck to upper body today
6 min cardio warmup
Super (chest)
- incline Smith: bar/20 25/15 35/12 x 2
- cable x-over: 15/15 20/15 x2
Super (back / bis):
- pull-ups: close grip /8 med grip/5 wide grip/3 (this grip is like lat pull downs & chins -- makes my wrist pinch a nerve all the time so cut it short)
- HS row: 45^2/15 x 3
Abs:
- fit ball lower abs: 10/30 x 3
- fit ball upper abs: 10/30 x 3

Cardio: 30 min stepper -- knee was strong as long as i keep the angle forward.
