House - no response from anyone yet, had some people come thru this morning.
Job - edit: got a call from the local recruiter guy - scheduling another onsite interview on Thurs / Fri. There are 2 candidates & according to the recruiter its 50/50 right now so I guess I gotta show more skin or something
Diet - got a little goofy over the weekend from pure boredom, back clean today. Mostly no appetite.
Training -- vacated the house for the realtor at 1 pm today - off to the gym

- 10 min dynamic warmup
- 10 min static stretch
Squat:
- OH squats: bar/20 10/15 x 2 -- took it easy on these cuz of my knees - keep popping.
- box squats: 10/15 20/15 30/10 -- knees... ugh.
Push (super):
- flat bench press: bar/20 25/15 35/10 45/10
- cable x-vers: 15/15 20/12 x 2
Pull (super):
- pull ups: close grip- 8, med grip - 6 wide grip -5
- HS row: 45^2/10 x 3
Stepper: 30 min
