For some clarification .... On your workouts, when you list the weights, do you mean TOTAL or in each hand?
For example, for CHEST PRESS you lifted 20lbs for 10 reps, and then 25lbs for 8reps. Was that 20lbs/25lbs in each hand? Or is that 20lbs/25lbs both hands COMBINED weight?
How do you feel after each set? Do you feel like you could do a little more? Or are you lifting to fatigue/failure?
