I have to wait with my big cheat meal, becaue I have to go buy at first blood glucose strip..for checking my sugar level. Yesterday I wanted buy it, but they didn't have. But anyway, I woke up today around 10 AM, I was late yesterday.

10.30-11.10 40min morning CARDIO empty stomach...I ran outside, so hot outside {florida} but I felt good!! before I used yohimburn ES + 1500CARNITIN

yerba mate tea+green tea
5 egg whites
1/2 yolk
mushrooms
14 cup jasmine rice
1/4 cup blubarry

3oz turkey breast
lettuce
cabbage
3 strawbery

WORKOUT CHEST+ABS+20MIN CARDIO

Dumbel chest press 1x20lbx10rep
2x25lbx8rep
Incline dumbell fly 1x15lbx12rep

Decl press machine 1x25lb{each side}x 10rep
1x35lbx8rep

Buterfly 1x30lbx10rep

I was tired, next time I have to eat more before workout..I was hungry!! :spin:

2oz turkye breast
1/4 cup jasmin rice
talapie filett {20g protein}
lettuce
cabbage
homemade dresing
2 strawbery

I feel full!!!
 
For some clarification .... On your workouts, when you list the weights, do you mean TOTAL or in each hand?

For example, for CHEST PRESS you lifted 20lbs for 10 reps, and then 25lbs for 8reps. Was that 20lbs/25lbs in each hand? Or is that 20lbs/25lbs both hands COMBINED weight?

How do you feel after each set? Do you feel like you could do a little more? Or are you lifting to fatigue/failure?

Hi GIRL,
Yes I lift 20lb in each hand so together 40lb both.
I lift until fatigue..because mostly last rep my boyfriend helped me mostly!! :cyclops:
WHAT YOU THINK is it not too much what I lift..I know after long time..but I never lift more.

I have to go buy my blood glucose strip...I'm so excite about BIG CHEAT meal , what happen with me!!!
I fell good, I'm still littel flustrated about my weight...for now any changes, but I fell more energy maybe since I start do cardio first thing in the morning..it kick my ass... :elephant:

I didn't lift so much weight as now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :kiss: :dance2:
Just I didn't see result with my weight..I know numbers are not important, but clothing are still tight!!!
 
05/30/06 Tuesday 125lb 97.2F oh god...what's going on? I'm so flustrate...what I do wrong? Why I can't drop off anything...I tried clothing everything some..tight any changes. I wanted check my BF% byt in my gym they have it broken!! :bawling: :bawling: :bawling: :freak: Patience patience I know!!! I t can be problem with thyroid?? I trying keep off my pills, but I'm not tired..oposit my energy is great!!! I don't know.
