i just started doing cleans, am enjoying them, and am cleaning about my body weight (~180lbs). i do them after my overhead bb presses and deadlifts, so my whole body is very warmed up. a lot of "knowledgeable" people seem to think that any moves that require any momentum are "of the devil."
i'm curious what everyone's thoughts are on the safety of cleans and whether the "risks" justify the benefits.
