My cutting diet looked like this:

You would have to alter the times by when you train, and cycle the carbs 3 days low (.5g/kg body weight) and 2 days high (2.0g/kg body weight). The diet in the link represents the 100g CHO median.

1Kg = 2.2046 lbs

couple questions?

at 4am...you said 1/2 cup of oats mixed with.... whats....?
and also your taking 4 multivitamins? or just 2 at seperate times throughout the day?
also why the hell are you up at 4am...lol

Oh, I eat at 4 because I workout at 6:30...Need that food converted for energy. I mix oatmeal with one scoop of chocolate protein powder, Stevia, and Dr. Udos...Reese's Oatmeal. :p

I take two multi capusles in the AM and two in the afternoon. I also take extra C with those. I figure that's all just insurance...I try to get what I need from food.

do you really need all that vitamin supplement, your recieving a great deal of the necessary nutrients through your diet no?
