Treadmill 25min

Felt strong on incline today. I could have done sets of 10. Sticking with the program. Slow and steady weekly gains over a 16 week period will give me huge increases. Going to change my HGH protocol. Going to use it on lifting days only and increase dose from 2 IU to 3.5 IU. Will do 1/2 daily volume in the morning and the 2nd shot in the evening before bed. Will try it out and see what I feel. I believe it will give greater gains as the higher hormone levels on workout days along with the increase in food will yield greater muscle mass. Ok everyone have a strong finish to the week and get Strong AF!!!
Be interesting seeing how the change goes long term

Went off program today and decided to max out and see where my sumo deadlift is at after 4 weeks of training. Before we started this training block I did something like 535 for a max on sumo. Today I got 595 easily and then probably would have made 620 but went for 639 and it was too much. I would say its a success so far considering its the first time ive ever trained sumo deadlift. Its looking like my sumo will be way ahead of my previous conventional deadlift of 635. I am thinking 675 will be the number I am looking at getting by years end on sumo as long as I can stay healthy. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

So looks like it will take 16 weeks of cycle to give us 14 weeks of the training since it takes 8-9 days each week to finish a full training week. Incline bench was strong. Got all reps on my own. Increase another 5 lbs this week. Wont be long I will be doing sets of 8 with 315. Deciding when to stop my 20mg daily tbol. I plan on using dbol the final stretch of 8 weeks I think. I suppose I should probably stop the tbol now since it looks like the deca is finally starting to do its thing? Ok everyone have a strong finish to the week and get Strong AF!!!

You think I can just stay on the tbol and then switchover to the dbol final 6-8 weeks? I'm only on 20mg tbol now. I figure that's pretty mild compared to what I've done in the past.

Ok what's the best way to take dbol. I lift at 11 am. 2 times a day or 3 times a day?
 
I only have 200 tabs dbol so that's enough for 7 weeks. I do have a bunch of anavar and some superdrol as well. I suppose I could use the dbol until run out and then switch to anavar at 50mg day with option of using superdrol pre workout only to minimize toxicity?
