End of week 4 of training in the books. Week 5 of cycle started on Monday. So looks like it will take 16 weeks of cycle to give us 14 weeks of the training since it takes 8-9 days each week to finish a full training week. Incline bench was strong. Got all reps on my own. Increase another 5 lbs this week. Wont be long I will be doing sets of 8 with 315. Deciding when to stop my 20mg daily tbol. I plan on using dbol the final stretch of 8 weeks I think. I suppose I should probably stop the tbol now since it looks like the deca is finally starting to do its thing? Ok everyone have a strong finish to the week and get Strong AF!!!
