It really is considering I don't ever train it. I think I might be stronger at sumo than conventional so this cycle will be eye opening for me. I am hoping to do 650 sumo by end of cycle. There is a local powerlifting meet Dec 20th that would be perfect for us.
When you start going full on the cycle bro you can do 700 i bet

Pretty happy with my strength on incline today. Will be dropping the weight down to 275 next week for sets of 8 and then go up 5 lbs each week inline with my flat bench. This way I should end the cycle with sets of 5 at a weight of 355 on incline. That gives me a theoretical max of 426 according to the 1 rep max calculator on incline which would be wicked. I think its very doable. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get Strong AF!!!

you can do more cardio bro right? it would help the lifts too

426 on incline is very strong. the most i got on incline was around 355-360 area for 1 rep back in my mid 30's @RoidRage69

@RoidRage69 this is a nice setup. the incline bench is on point. 315 is strong
