This was an intense workout. Doing 8 sec reps is evil. It really tests your limits. Should be a good growth spurt over the next few weeks even though the IGF DES will end today and IGF-LR3 will likely end on Monday followed by a two week absence and then start up again for one last 4 week stint.

@RoidRage69 whats your reasoning for cycling igf1? is it because you're on hgh? because I dont cycle it short but long with a bridge myself

What do you mean? Me taking 2 weeks off after being on 4 weeks or only taking it on lifting days?

@RoidRage69 I do 16 weeks IGF1 followed by 2 weeks off and 2 weeks fasting to clear our igf (not full 2 weeks fasted but 2/2), helps get super lean and stay that way while replenishing natural igf bro

I thought it was not a good idea to go more than 4-6 weeks straight. So you have no side effects going 16 weeks on? Should I just stay on then for another 8 weeks as that is how much IGF I have left in fridge and then take a break from it?
