Had a nice short low volume workout today. Went very well and set new PR's on Close Grip Bench. The most ive ever done is 275 for 8 and today went up and did a double with 315 so I was happy. Not bad considering I didn't have my belt or wrist wraps with me. No protective gear whatsoever. Will be eating good this weekend and then the diet starts on Monday. Low carb low cals.
