Legs were brutal today. Got out big volume. Almost 50K lbs lifted on the cybex today. Legs felt like rubber once I was done with the hack squats. Barely got out the 12th rep on my last set of hacks. Went really slow on my hamstring curls on the positive so thats why they were done so lite. Walking downstairs was a challange after workout. Had to hold the rail or I would have fallen. LOL. Ok everyone have a good weekend. Will be back on Monday for my favorite day of the week. Back Day!!!
