Had another killer volume workout with short rest periods between sets. Fatigue sure sets in towards the latter sets of each exercise. Massive pump going on. I feel like I am building muscle again after being off cycle for almost a month. Weight has bottomed at around 263 and going back up again slowly. I need to get photos taken. Might take them later this evening. Probably the worst time to take them but oh well. Should have took them this morning but I didnt want to wake up the wife. Wanted to let her get her beauty sleep. Next two days off from the gym and will be training back on Thur and delts/arms on Friday. Everyone have a good training day!!!
