This has nothing to do with anabols, but more to do with the actual workout.
A month ago, I would do chest and tri's on monday, cardio tuesday, cardio wednesday, back shoulders and bi's on thursday, cardio friday, legs chest and back-shoulder saturday, sunday off, then start it all over again. Is that too much, too little? What do you guys think? You seem to know your shit.
Also, is there any advantage to lifting heavy weight, lower reps for a month, then switching to light weight, higher reps the next month to cut it all up?
Has anyone seen the difference in the amount of fat loss if doing cardio first thing in the AM vs. later in the afternoon or after work?
What's the best way to get that square chest look? My arms are always getting tired before my chest does. Now my arms are big as shit and cut, but my chest is lagging, still fatty. Hoping the yoh works for that, but are my exersices doing the job?
What are some of your routines?
