q on 1 AD

I have been taking this for 3 weeks now i just bumped it up to 400mg/day it took me a long time to get up that far. Sleep problems wierd dreams too. Here is my question i havent changed my diet and my
scale says that i gained 7 lbs. would this be water weight. also my face is breaking out like a 13 year old. any one else have sim side effects.

as far as the 7 pound increase, it really would depend on diet....normally though, 1-ad doesnt give MUCH bloat, unless youre stacking it with something like 4-ad which gives a lot. And acne is a common side effect to 1-ad, it will pass as soon as youre done though, one you need to watch more for is losing hair! be careful for that one!

dm - 3 weeks and 7LBs; I suspect it is water weight + some muscle of course. The real test is to see what your weight will be when you get off that stuff. Good luck, but man - please take some liver protection with it - those pills are pretty hard on your liver.

yea watch the hair, it fried my scalp, im only 21 have the hair of a 41 year old
