What are some signifiers to tell me when I am at my maximum level of strength? I maxed out Monday on flat bench with a PR of 270lb. I did that after lifting 185X5, 185X5, 225X1, 250X1. After a maxed I lifted 225X6. I am concerned that I'm not either pumped enough or that I'm burned out. What are some good techniques to ensure I'm lifting to my capabilities? My best is 225X7 so I think my max should at least be 275-280. Thanks
