Ditch the Banana and add 1 tbsp of flax

12pm
6oz of Salmon (baked)
1 cup of cooked brown rice

3pm
1 Can of tuna
1 slice of wheat bread
Add 1 tbsp olive oil

5pm
1 can of tuna
1 slice of wheat bread
Piece of Chicken + Sweet Potatoe

8pm (One hr before gym)
What's your 8pm meal. I would go with something along the lines of your 5pm meal.

9pm
Lift Weights

1030pm
2 scoops of protien w/ skin milk
Ditch the milk. Add 40g dextrose instead.

I would probably try to get one more meal in before bed time. Cottage Cheese + ANPB might be a good choice.

1130 - 1200
Bedtime

Macros:
Protein 42%
218 grams

Carbs 23%
130 grams

Fats 36%
83 grams

Totals Cals: 2224

Im Lifting wieghts 5 times a week and doing Cardio 3 times a week in the morning for 1 hour

My goal is to be at 190 or soo

I like to seperate fats and carbs. However, given your current diet you have carbs in every meal. Incorporate my suggestions and once you hit a plateau we will tweak your diet a bit more and seperate the carbs and fats. Good luck brother.

I'll drop the banana and add Flaxseed.....

Before bedtime could I had a rice w/ NPNB :chomp: ?????

And where can I get Dextrose??? <---- I know, noob question

Great suggestions guys!!! Let us know how things work for you...

IMHO, I would suggest NOT eating ANPB with a complex carb (rice) before bed ... stick to mainly Protein + Fat if anything ...

As far as flax, would fish oil (or heathly fat sub) be a better choice? Do I rememeber recent posts indicating flax lowering test levels.. etc?

Just a thought...

Thanks.....so far so good...I feel better but dont think I have actually lost wieght but I dont like to weigh myself all the time........
