i would lose the whole wheat bread...replace it with yams, baked potato or oats and switch the banana with some kind of berry. also you have 0 veggies in there......i would throw in some green veggies in at least 2 of those meals

what are your macros?

Im going to start putting greens w my 12pm meal and 3pm meal....I just started yesterday.........

So no bread and replace it with a bake potato (small I'm guessing)

how long have you been on this diet?

Looks pretty good, now that you will incorporate more greens (or actually a rainbow of vegetable colors).

2 weeks seems to be standard to see how the diet is working for your body... unless you wander from the diet on weekends it WILL take longer.

Keep H20 high and sleep :) Post results in a few weeks :coffee:

P.S. Personally I'd move the banana to your 5pm meal before weights as well.
P.P.S Sweet 'tatoes are mighty tasty and very easy to prepare once brown rice gets tedious.

sweet potatoes are....well pretty freaking sweet! i haven't been getting tired of my brown rice...i cook it with low sod soy sauce, sodium free chicken boullion, 2 chopped garlic cloves and black pepper. also use the same recipe for chicken...it's AWESOME!!!!

I have no problem with the rice.....the tuna might get boring but Im willing to fight it anyhow.....I just started this yesterday so I still have a ways to go..I've dieted in the past and got down to 185 and had a six pack starting to show...welll I messed that up and have gained all my weight back since then....I know its tough to diet and all but I'm determined this time....I want to do things right and I want to loose as less muscle as possible....Thanks guys for your help.....I know that I'll get some more suggestions which is awesome....as you can see I've been a member for a while here but I dont [post very often....I read more than anything....thanks for the help

Hey Bro good luck with this. I hate the word diet. I do not believe in that term. Fitness and well being is a lifestyle. People too often say I need to go on a diet and lose some weight. When in fact what they really need too do is completely change their lifestyle. For instance in 1992 I said I wasn't going to drink pop (soda) anymore and I haven't. Stick with this change and the results will come. Make sure you drink enough water, at least 1 -1 1/2 gallons per day. Strive and you will succeed. Looks good.....

Ya in 1999 I said no more soda either and since then I havent had a Coke.....and I dont miss it at all....Thanks for your words....Ya fitness is a lifestyle, I agree with that 100%
