I am currently training to improve my cardiovascular fitness and put on weight/muscle. I am a 28yo male, 5'9" 140lbs and 6% bodyfat.
My question is, what is a likely amount of total muscle weight one could reasonably gain assuming a 1,000 calorie per day excess, no gear-just creatine, lots of calories, 6 days/week in the gym and intense workouts?
