I am currently training to improve my cardiovascular fitness and put on weight/muscle. I am a 28yo male, 5'9" 140lbs and 6% bodyfat.

My question is, what is a likely amount of total muscle weight one could reasonably gain assuming a 1,000 calorie per day excess, no gear-just creatine, lots of calories, 6 days/week in the gym and intense workouts?
 
1. 6 days a week will prevent weight gain
2. Lower workout days and count protein grams more than calories.
3. Creatine = water weight
4. Quality muscle at high protein and calorie diet, 1-3 lbs a month or so.
To many variables bro. You are smaller, so chances are, you ar a hardgainer like myself.
