start with 60 lbs and add 5-7 pounds every set.
db preacher curls 3 sets with 30's all the way down, and all the way up. very slow tempo...l1 set warm up last 2 sets till utter failure.
2 sets of reverse barbell curls 1 set 20 reps, 1 set till failure.
