biceps

bb curls, pyramid in weight for 5 sets.

start with 60 lbs and add 5-7 pounds every set.

db preacher curls 3 sets with 30's all the way down, and all the way up. very slow tempo...l1 set warm up last 2 sets till utter failure.

2 sets of reverse barbell curls 1 set 20 reps, 1 set till failure.

3 sets incline bench press

3 sets incline flys

3 sets flat bench dumbbell press

push ups until failure

short, simple, gets the job done nicely (im working more on upper pecs lately)
 
Favorite Thigh Routine

Leg Extensions (2-3 warm ups)

WORK SETS
Leg Press 1 x 10-15
Leg Extension 1 x 20
Squats 1 x 8-10+

all tri-setted. Great pump and my legs are worked. I try to go as heavy as possible.
 
tricep pressdown: 4 X 10, 8, 8, 6
lying tricep extension: 4 X 10, 8, 6
skullcrushers: 4: 6-10

has done great for me
