I believe, and I think other's will support me on this, that the foundation excersises for chest are: Incline DB press, Incline flies, and weighted dips.
Here's one I heard for the first time just a few weeks ago: "when you do really, really slow reps, say a negative of 20 seconds or more, the burning you feel is your body burning lots of extra calories! So if you do all your reps super, super slow you'll lose weight faster!"
