Latin hire: Thats too low man. Go 150g carbs, you will SUFFER from 30-40g carbs. You will get just as good losses (1lb-2lbs per week).

Maybe instead of powerade, try some white rice, a white potato, or maybe even some fruit... Your body will still get the insulin spike you need, but it will handle the sugar better... eat it with some protien directly after your workout, then about an hour later (no more than two) have another balenced meal with some lower GI carbs and protein...
