Hi, I was looking for specific food examples so if you're interested, post your height/weight/experience and exactly what you would typically eat on a "good" day.
This is what I ate today I just got off my second test only cycle about a month ago so I'm still trying my best to eat good and I would say so far I have kept most of my gains. I'm 5'8 190lbs
830am - 5 boiled eggs (2 whole and 3 just whites), 2 pieces of wheat toast, half of a steak. pepper is only seasoning
11am - Half a tub of nonfat greek yogurt plain (total of about 45g of protein worth) with half a banaba
12:30 - kale/apple/orange/carrot shake
1pm - workout!
2pm - fat free milk shake with 2 scoop of whey protein
4pm - slow cooker Beef london broil with boiled sweet potatoe
7pm - 1 hour of jump rope/boxing/abs cardio
8pm - whey protein shake, 2 scoops with fat free milk
This is about 210g of protein and I would consider this a good day for me diet wise. I don't think enough people understand how great those green shakes are right before your workout. It provides great energy thats steady no spikes, no downs, it gets me pumped up like cr\eazy b4 a workout.
Please feel free to critic me and post more!
