This fat phobia is a tad neurotic. Any macro can make you fat in excess. Don't be afraid of fat, it's a necessity and incidentally the one macro hormones are mainly sythesized from, especially test and where much needed nutrients reside.

Eat the whole damn egg next time.

yes,
the cholesterol in fat helps to produces super-duper hormones like Test

so why on earth wouldnt oyu want that?

I drink more than 1 gallon of whole milk a day and whole eggs, ribeye steaks
full fat dressings, full fat whatever .and my BF isnt more than 14%...just sayin build the muscle and it will burn the fat for you... and you dont have to do cardio every friggin day.
